THE PLACE

This bridge once carried a railway branch line from Stonehouse to Dudbridge. It's now a popular cycle track.

Seek out the River Frome here, where it flows fast alongside the canal – you might be lucky and catch a glimpse of a trout!

Nearby is a boat house that used to be used by Wycliffe College – the boys used to go swimming and canoeing in the canal here.
